Council approves $4.2 million commercial development in 14 days!

Wyong Shire Council has approved the development application for this commercial development on the corner of Reliance Drive and Pioneer Avenue in the Tuggerah Business Park in 14 days.

The site is 6294 sqm, building footprint 1296 sqm with a total floor area of 3778 sqm.

Fourteen individual tenancies are proposed ranging from 130 sqm to 250 sqm with total lettable area of 2970 sqm. A central entry foyer with atrium space over for a light spacious environment.

Tenancies are to include food outlets, bank, solicitor, call centre, accountant and post office. Extensive landscaping has incorporated water sensitive design to help protect the environment.
