Project Details

Project Works Design was commission by Kevin and Patricia Gregory to design this Affordable Student Housing project located in the Central Coast town of Ourimbah to provide housing options for student attending the Ourimbah campus of the University of Newcastle. Located adjacent to shops, medical services and transport the development includes 94 studio apartments, a 3 bedroom managers unit, two student recreation areas and amenities. Construction is expected to commence in January 2023.
