Project Details

The Coastal Horizons Townhouses development comprises 6, 2 storey townhouse units. Two units have 3 bedrooms with a total area of 165.0sqm each and four units have 2 bedrooms and a study with a total area of 120.0sqm each. The design of the units maximised the floor area permissible on the 1087.7sqm site which in turn was able to maximise the project profitability.

Project Works Design provided Sketch Design Services, pre DA lodgement meetings and negotiations with Council, Development Application and approvals, Construction Certificate approvals and Construction Documentation. The project was constructed by the LA Group (Builders) and completed in 2008.
