Tasks: Masterplan for Proposed Retirement Village
This masterplan is for a new Retirement Village at Doyalson on the Central Coast NSW. The development includes 15 x 1 Bedroom Villas, 220 x 2 Bedroom Villas, 30 x 3 Bedroom Villas, a 1600sqm Community Centre , a 400sqm Golf Clubhouse, a Golf Driving Range and related infrastructure. The total site area is 20.18 Ha.
