Located on a gateway site at the south entrance to the township of Wyong, the Gateway Commercial development involved the concept deign of a 4 level commercial office building for Wilde Gregory Investments. The building was designed to contain retail premises at ground floor level and commercial office space on levels 2, 3 & 4. The project is expected to proceed once road widening and upgrade to the Pacific Highway has been completed.
