This masterplan is for a new Retirement Village at Hamlyn Terrace on the Central Coast NSW. The development includes 19 x 1 Bedroom Villas, 125 x 2 Bedroom Villas, 12 x 3 Bedroom Villas, a Community Centre and related infrastructure. The total site area 7.765 Ha.
