Project Works Design was commissioned by the client, Lake Maintenance, to design a 3 story commercial office building for use as their head office. The design brief was to create a contemporary, environmentally sensitive office environment that is naturally ventilated providing a high level of comfort for the occupants.
Project Works Design provided full design, documentation and approvals management services for this project.
I have been working with Project Works Design Pty Ltd and its principal Mr Graham Mann on numerous Age care facilities, Student housing and Industrial facilities over last 12 years.
Mr Graham Mann is a very competent Building Designer and team leader, he is creative in architecture design solutions, he is dedicated and thorough. As team leader, Graham coordinate all other disciplines working on the projects, he has a thorough understanding of the buildings not only from architectural perspectives, but also in structural and building services disciplines, this allows him to manage and track the project and provide accountability and transparency to all parties working on the projects.
