The LA Group have worked with Project Works Design and Mr Graham Mann since 2008, partnering on a number of commercial and residential projects.

Our largest joint project to date has been the Vietnam Veterans Keith Payne VC Hostel at Noraville where we collaborated on the construction of their onsite cafe in 2011 and a 20 bed extension in 2013 and we worked closely with Project Works Design from receiving the initial concept design right through to the completion of each project.

Throughout our projects with Mr Mann and his team, clear communication protocols were established right from the start of the project with regular project control group meetings consisting of members of our construction team, Project Works’ design team and the Client, being held to ensure the process was open and transparent. The identification of any potential cost savings and how they could be achieved was always a major consideration during Project Works’ design phase. Their level of understanding and their assistance given in all aspects of the design phase ensured that all construction processes were achievable and feedback was continually sought.

Now, in 2017 we are partnering with Project Works Design on a number of new projects and are once again experiencing the same professional relationship that we have previously enjoyed.
