The Warnervale Rise Townhouses development comprises 6, 2 storey townhouse units. All 6 units have 3 bedrooms ranging in area from 106.0sqm to 129.9sqm . The design of the units maximised the floor area permissible on the 1393.0sqm site which in turn was able to maximise the project profitability.
Project Works Design provided Sketch Design Services, pre DA lodgement meetings and negotiations with Council, Development Application and approvals, and will be providing Construction Certificate approval documents and Detailed Construction Documentation.
Project Works Design provided a creative design for our luxury duplex development that exceeded our expectation. They were professional, have good organisational skills, they provided good supervision of builder and good follow through on builder’s promises.
